Four partners are experts on Solution Focused approach and have variety of experiences in delivering training, coaching and facilitation (Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Hungary and Slovenia). Seven partners are dealing with social inclusion of the oppressed and of young people with fewer opportunities.
Partners bring a rich and extensive mixture of experience and competences, which mutually complement each other to the benefit of all those with a stake in the project. Bulgaria, Hungary, Netherlands and Slovenia are new partners on the Erasmus+, but all very experienced in delivering trainings and workshops on local, national and international level. They all have in common that they use Brief Coaching and have extensive experience in helping young people in tough situations through coaching conversations. Belgium, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Romania and Spain have wide range of experience in social inclusion and have participated in international youth projects before.
